Returns & Exchange Policy – Slick Click

At Slick Click, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is required.

Certain items, such as personal care products, cosmetics, and intimate wear, cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

2. Return & Exchange Process

Contact our Customer Support team via email or WhatsApp within the return period.

Provide your order details and the reason for the return or exchange.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Shipping charges for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect).

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

f approved, your refund will be issued via your original payment method or as store credit within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable (except in cases of wrong, damaged, or defective items).

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Note: Slick Click reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy conditions.
